- Express Shipping: Typically takes 1-2 business days within the UK.
- International Shipping: Shipping times vary depending on the destination. Please allow 7-14 business days for delivery.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight and size of your order, as well as the delivery location.
1.2 Order Processing
- Order Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days after they are placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.
- Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation email. You will also receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has been dispatched.
1.3 Delivery Times
While we strive to deliver your order within the estimated timeframes, please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or courier issues. Kagear is not liable for any delays in delivery.
1.4 International Shipping
If you are ordering from outside the UK, you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are your responsibility. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs.
2. Returns Policy
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you can return it to us.
2.1 Eligibility for Returns
- Return Period: You can return products within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Condition of Items: Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact.
2.2 How to Return Items
- Return Authorization: Before returning an item, please contact us at info@kagear.com to receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to proceed with the return.
- Shipping Returns: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part (e.g., wrong item shipped or defective product).
- Return Address: We will provide you with the return address once your return has been authorized.
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:

- Gift cards
- Items purchased on final sale or clearance
3. Refund Policy
